Born in Dubai with a driving passion to shake up the chicken scene, Jailbird started life as a little chicken shop down an alley opposite a cemetery. The rule of “location, location, location” was overthrown by really, really good fried chicken. Jailbird took a leap of faith in 2020 and set up in a dark alley, in-between warehouses in an industrial area. Quite the opposite of where anyone would like to open a restaurant. But there was a strong belief in the product and that it was powerful enough to be found, regardless of where it was. Fast forward one year, what started out as a small pick up joint & hidden gem in the middle of nowhere, soon grew to become the only destination for in-the-know chicken fans with 5 branches across Dubai, including DXB airport. Jailbird’s ultimate focus will always be the product. The continuous goal is to raise the bar in the fried chicken world and they’re here to do it with seriousness, passion, and boldness.
No boring flavors & no cutting corners. Jailbird is dedicated to doing one thing, and one thing only: real fried chicken. And doing it better than anyone else.
